Nomination: You can nominate at whatever time, but while I'm judging all nominations are put in a folder until the last 2 weeks of the month, those two weeks are just for converting and putting up new fics into their category.

Judging: The first half of each month I judge categories with at least 3 nominees in them and with normal speed I should be done within this time. If not I might have been prevented by other projects going on, but no matter what I always judge and put up new nominations before a new judging periode is due.

Winners: the winners are usually announced in the middle of the month, sometimes earlier sometimes later. I try to be as quick as possible, but it always varies. I also only contact the winners with the awards. so if you haven't heard a word from me in a month check in to see if your category has been judged or not, if it has, you didn't win. Please find an other fic and participate again.

All rules applies to everyone
Only the author can submitt his/her own fics. Please don't give me any reason to doubt that it's yours.
Categories have to have 3 fics nominated to be judged. All left over fics will automaticly go over to the next round.
There's no maximum allowed fics per author, but no author can submitt two fics for the same category the same round.
You get one chance whether you win or not, so make sure you submitt the fic for the best fitting category.
The Hero (challenge) award goes out when the current challenge have 3 submitted pieces, once it's been judged a new challenge will be put up.
Fic have to have connection to something BtVS or AtS. Crossovers with other fandoms are accepted, but if I don't know the fandom don't blame me for not understanding it.
No submission through e-mail if you have the fic posted in an archive. I don't want a clogged inbox!
Suck up as much as you want, I won't yield, trust me on that!
Any pairing, any rating, even slash is allowed, but if I see incest in there I will ban the fic as soon as I stop vommiting.
No unfinished work, with series you have two choices. If the fic can stand alone you're allowed to have each fic judged sepparately, or you can have the series judged as one piece.
All that seemingly unnessesary goo in front of all fics in this archive is a must. which is: Disclaimer, Rating, Spoilers and a little teaser.
when I ask for URL I mean the fic URL, not the site, a wild goose chase may end with me just deleting the submission.
